The Role
As a Creative Director at JWC, you will play a key role in elevating our clients' marketing efforts by overseeing all creative operations for biopharma and life-science accounts, including campaign direction, contributor coordination, work production onmarketing materials, and websites, interfaces, and more. You'll collaborate closely with clients and our creative team to create engaging, brand-aligned, marketing content that captivates audiences and drive results.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of the creative strategy for their clients and projects
Provide direction to the team throughout the creative process to ensure the work delivers on this strategy; determine the effectiveness of the work after it has been activated; and use the learnings to make the necessary adjustments and improvements to future work
Present and sell in the agency s work in compelling ways to client, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client s challenge
Works with Project Management to develop budgets and managing the profitability of each project
Maintains a close and positive relationship with their clients and works with the account team to grow the business with each client over time
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations
Leads, inspires, and provides direction to a creative team. Mentors team and is responsible for the teams development and growth
Performs other duties as assigned
