The Role

As a Creative Director at JWC, you will play a key role in elevating our clients' marketing efforts by overseeing all creative operations for biopharma and life-science accounts, including campaign direction, contributor coordination, work production onmarketing materials, and websites, interfaces, and more. You'll collaborate closely with clients and our creative team to create engaging, brand-aligned, marketing content that captivates audiences and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of the creative strategy for their clients and projects

  • Provide direction to the team throughout the creative process to ensure the work delivers on this strategy; determine the effectiveness of the work after it has been activated; and use the learnings to make the necessary adjustments and improvements to future work

  • Present and sell in the agency s work in compelling ways to client, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client s challenge

  • Works with Project Management to develop budgets and managing the profitability of each project

  • Maintains a close and positive relationship with their clients and works with the account team to grow the business with each client over time

  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations

  • Leads, inspires, and provides direction to a creative team. Mentors team and is responsible for the teams development and growth

  • Performs other duties as assigned
